Vegetables, cooked on the grill, will preserve the most useful substances and taste qualities.
It is easy to prepare and takes 30 minutes.
You will need:
– young zucchini or zucchini – 1 piece;
– Eggplant – 2 pieces;
– Bulgarian pepper – 2-3 pieces;
– Tomatoes – 2-3 pieces;
– salt, pepper, seasoning for vegetables;
– vegetable oil.
I want to note that it is important to choose the right vegetables. Choose young, fresh and “fleshy” fruits. Zucchini and zucchini fit a medium size, with a thin skin.
Wash all vegetables thoroughly and dry with a towel, cut the stems. Squash and eggplants cut in half.

Start cooking vegetables with a better eggplant, and zucchini – they need to be cooked longer.
