Average cucumber – 1 pc.
Lemon – 1 pc.
Fresh mint – 5 sprigs
The root of ginger – 1 pc.
Purified Water – 2 L
– It is advisable to do Sassi water from the evening, because it is a cold infusion, and it takes time for all the products to give their useful substances into the water.
– Well my all our ingredients: lemon, cucumber, ginger and mint. We will not clean cucumber and lemon, so it’s so important to wash everything thoroughly.
– Cut slices of lemon and cucumber.
– Ginger is cleaned from the skin and finely shredded (or three on a large grater). We need a teaspoon with a slide of ready ginger gruel.
– For mint we only need 10-15 pieces.
– All the prepared ingredients are poured into a jug or a glass jar with a capacity of two liters. Fill with clean filtered cold (ideally spring water) and send it to the refrigerator for the whole night.
