We will need:
– eggs – 2 pieces;
– butter or margarine – 200 grams;
– sugar – 1 glass;
– flour – 1.5 cups;
– pepper soda-0.5 teaspoon;
– a pinch of salt;
– jam – about a glass.
In a water bath, melt the butter (or margarine). Add sugar, salt and soda. Stir thoroughly. When the oil cools down, drive in two eggs.
We sift the flour through a sieve, knead a steep dough.
We divide the dough into two parts. The part that is shorter is sent to the freezer for 30 minutes.
Grease the tray. The second part of the test is rolled into the size of the tray and smears of jam, which you like.
Further we take from the freezer the first part of the dough (it should harden sufficiently) and three on a large grater over the jam
We put the tray in the oven at a temperature of 180 degrees for half an hour (30-35 minutes).
After baking, the Viennese cookies are slightly cooled and knife cut into pieces (squares or diamonds).
